I HAVE ENKEI 17X8JJ 38 ON THE FRONT AND 18X8.5JJ 35 ON THE REAR. WHAT IS THE BEST SIZE TIRES TO USE OR IS THIS EVEN THE RIGHT SIZE RIMS FOR THE CAR?

Going by the size and offset alone, the wheels will fit. Depending on the style of the wheels, some will not, cause they will touch the brake calipers.

I guess, the size you can go with is 215/40/17 and 245/40/18. Rear are 1 inch taller, but not much tire choice to go with given the size of the wheel.

WILL THAT MAKE MY TCS LIGHT COME ON?

The front tires are 3.0 percent larger in outer diameter than stock, and the rear are 3.5 percent larger. That preserves the front-to-rear ratio, so TCS should be just fine.
