The shop putting my new rear rubber on did a number on my Work wheel.

They are going to make it right and the car is fine to drive (just a big scratch on the rim).

They brought it to Carcone's, but they couldnt color match.

Anyone have any ideas who else to try?

If they cant match it, they'll either be doing all four or replacing the one (which will take MONTHS to build).

Thanks

I know a guy who may be able to paint-in the mark, but I know he cant fix the material - he's really a chip and scratch repair guy, but he may be able to play around with colour to get you something nearly invisable.

Larry from Carsmetics: I have his # at my office, call me Tuesday!

The Fcar guys pointed me to Collision Networks. I called em and they said they can match anything.

We will find out next week!

If they cant do it, maybe Ill go full black on all four.

i had someone side swipe me in my TL awhile ago and got serious curb rash on my rims. Barrie Honda sent it to some place in Newmarket and when it came back, the rims looked like new. So try asking barrie honda where they send there rims with curb rash. I know will be making the same call in the winter....good luck....

Is Collision Networks where Ferrari's go when they're hit, or is it just a wheel shop?

Dave,
Any word? I need to have one of my rims repaired. The Aluminium is damaged. Can they handle it?

My cars been tied up between track days and trying to get its horrific sound fixed (faulty secondary air injector for emmissions)...so Ive not been able to get them a wheel...may just hold off till late in month when I travel
