Wheel Liner Clips

I need to replace some of my wheel liner clips/rivets/grommets whatever after installing my downforce intake. I called the local Acura Dealer and gave them part number 91545-SE0-003 as found here: http://www.nsxprime.com/forums/showpost.php?p=512359&postcount=4

The dealer quoted me like $5.60 a piece for these and claimed they come individually, they have to order them. But it looks like on the chart the come in a 20 pack?
Anyone ever get these from the dealer? $5 a piece seems pretty damn steep for a plastic rivet, but is is the stealer. I would believe $5.60 for a 20 pack.

I believe that Downforce has them cheaper.
I dont see them now on their website though.
You may want to try contacting them directly.

I got some of the plastic fastners for the fender liner online for much less than that. They don't look exactly like the original but they work fine. Once I dig up the info I'll post it.

I've found some online that say they replace the OEM Honda part #. They're 15 in box for $18. So about $25 shipped ($1.60 each) I'd be interested to see if anyone has found a cheaper alternative or wants to go in on some since I only need 3 or 4.

Yeah, those little things are a shaft! I get them for a little cheaper than that, but not much.

page 31 and their part # is 95-7462. THey told me $18 plus shipping with about a week lead time.

I'm tempted to order some just to see if these are the exact same things as OEM ones.

I got TR-126 fasteners from http://www.thefastenerwarehouse.com
(it's spec'd as a nissan bumper retainer)

You can get clips from a nissan dealer, i remember paying under $1.00 each, they feel and function better than the honda ones, also they fit almost exactly

I replaced a couple of my missing clips with ones from a Mazda Protege. They are a different type, but worked adeqately. Also, NAPA carries an assortment of theses types of clips. If you bring in a sample one, they can probably match up the right size for you.
