No license plate frame for me. Cops can pull you over and give you a ticket for that here. It's mostly used to pull people over, but I don't need to give cops a reason. I also prefer the simple look. I do like the polished frame with black NSX lettering though.

i have no plate for the front. want a frame for the back:)

I think someone needs a Bridgewater Acura plate frame. I have that on my Zanardi and a Comptech on for the 92:biggrin:And neither have front plates which are unfortunatly mandatory in NJ:redface:

It's weird because it's now a Texas law that your license frame cannot obstruct any part of the plate. No frame for me.

I have one of these I found on Ebay:

I don't use a front plate even though it's requied in California. Why would you want a license plate frame?

I would suggest the back plate as well as what this topic is about.
Without a frame, the plate looks horrid.
One place Acura could have done better.
I found a frame at my local Acura dealer from another dealer and slapped it on for now. Also would like to see what others have.

I took a standard black plastic frame, the kind dealers put their logo on and just removed their decal and substituted a 4" Senna signature (in brushed aluminum color)......the ones available in the Group Buy section here.
Subtle, but to my eyes rather nice.

That's an easy choice for me - I have my college plate on there and since we have the BEST colors, that was an easy choice: Black / Gold ~ go Boilers!

I do have to agree running no license frame makes the rear look unfinished in most case and especially noticeable on the NSX as the stock holder is quite ugly.

If you are still driving around with the plate frame that came from the dealer, I suggest you take it off and feel the heft. I was changing plates when I realized that I'd been carrying around a worthess, overweight-for-what-it-is hunk of steel. I went with the polished "NSX" frame after that, but you can get them in plain carbon fibre. Both are on eBay.

Plain black license plate frames for me; no messages, no statements, no reason to give people another reason to be jealous and damage your car.
