Whats the best brake pads when replacing the Brembo Grand Tourismo Setup

Just wondering what types of brake pads eveyone has used would be the best replacement for my Brembo Grand Tourismo set up.

I was thinking about doing some HPDE in the future. what does the factory brembos come w/?
