Probably someone hacked into to someone else's account and was reported to eBay. That happened to me once. The hacker ran up $5,000 of listing fees in 1 day. Luckily for me, I am an active eBayer, and I noticed right away, but it still took eBay 1 day to delist everything that I confirmed that is not mine, and credit $5,000 of charges back to my account.
