I don't know what that is - is it an automatic, perhaps? - but in any case, transmission ID numbers don't have years associated with them, and they're not installed in new cars in sequence.
Nope its not an auto.... I just wanted to be sure that wasnt in snap ring range.. And then I thought what the heck.. Is that from another year....
