I wonder if the person knows he's on it? I remember a law suit a few years ago. A couple was shopping for picture frames at Target and several of them had their pictures already in them. The manufacturer was using it without their permission. The same think happened to a guy with his picture on a coffee can. Sanka, Uban or something like that. I can't quite remember.

Well the hat should be the giveaway.There are'nt too many nsx logo hats around.I'm sure someone will be able to ID the hat,and from there the region the hat is from.Then its just a matter of time for someone to iD the cowpoke.
