I think the wing is also Wings West. They did such a good job on the rest of the kit, and I don't know what they were thinking with the wing. Should have just said the heck with it and not even designed a wing.

The fact that I have never seen this wing at any meet tells me it is not a popular design.If I had to name it I'd call it the "stuttering" stock wing,or maybe "mitosis"

Wingswest!! they were hot in 1995!!!! Those Veilside style wings are everywhere from civics to eclipse (arguably the coolest/most popular car in the "import scene"), RX7, and different variation of Mitsubishi's... Lancer evo, galant, fto, even Gto.
