The bumper is a Cantrell GT series bumper once sold thru ScienceofSpeed. That particular bumper had the center piece modified to include a bar in the center.

If you search the for sale section you might find one. Someone was selling one before, but I don't know if it sold. I would offer to sell you the one I have but shipping from Hawaii isn't cheap an thus probably not cost effective especially if you can find one on the mainland.
