What is this plug for?

Today while vacuuming and cleaning trunk I decided to pull the liner out and attempt to remount the 'blackbox' for my BBSC and trim out the liner for it to protrude thru. I then saw a plug taped to the factory wiring harness and was curious what it was for?

Cd changer or factory phone.

CD changer & phone comes through the firewall on the driver's side, so it shouldn't be on the ECU wire harness. Can you take a picture or be more descriptive?
