What ever happened to the HID kit being developed for the NSX?

Last I heard was that they are planning on getting the kit ready for shipment early May. There should be a post w/ instructions, pics, and more info shortly.
Chris, last I heard Lud was going to be the guinea pig, test a set, and post his findings. I'm dying to know, as I'm ready to move on these too (if they're truly pug 'n play).

Lud, I just heard from dochartung and the word is that they will be available in the beginning of May. I, too, will take a crack at them. I just can't hold out any more.
There's a lot of us that have been waiting for this. I would like to make one request for the "guinea pigs": Lots of pics on the installation please!

Dochartung just e-mailed me and said he sent the final version w/ the wiring back to them Tuesday and is hoping they will be ready to ship the first units 2nd week of May. Things got a little delayed because he was on vacation after Easter.

I got an email from "doc"(who's working with AutoLamps-Online) and he said that they are still working on final details and it's going to take a couple more weeks. They are trying to make it as much Plug-N-Play as possible.
Gentleman it's me Dochartung. I just received an email from Autolamps and they have FINALLY got the package I sent to them with the wire makeup for the kit. That's 3 weeks it sat in customs. They must have been looking at that HID bulb and thinking it was some sort of plutonium fuse, lol. But seriously though the kit should be ready soon. Give it a couple of more weeks, but hopefully sooner. Any of you could at anytime order a 9006 kit from Autolamps-online and give it a whirl for yourselves. But I highly recommend to just be patient and wait for the Plug and play kit. And I was the ultimate guinea pig and I am trying my utmost to make this kit easy to install!!! Stay tuned my NSX friends!!

I've had a setup on my car since 12/99 and am happy with it. Came from Ben in N Cal - I think RM Racing now carries his stuff.
Is this "new" kit any better ?
