1992 NSX GPW, ~72k miles, Clean Carfax, 3 owners, Maintenance up to date, MODS: 6 speed transmission, NA2 headers, GTLW exhaust, and Prodrive GC-07c wheels. All original parts come with car, including the original 5spd transmission.

Ballpark, what do you think its worth?

If you part out the 5-speed transmission, I think you can get in the low 50's (assuming it's not in snap gear range). Otherwise, I think high 40's. A Brooklands Green NSX-T sold for $47k ($49.35K with buyer's premium) on BaT yesterday. I would think GPW is more desirable and guess that your car is in better condition, but people seem to be paying a premium for targas also a bit for being on BaT. Also, a Competech supercharged '92 with 62k miles sold for $46k+BP a few weeks ago. So, I think your car would be in that neighborhood. Difficult to say without seeing pics or anything though.
