I think if that's the limit of your budget, you may want to negotiate some and see if there are some pictures of the damage that caused the salvage title. If you can stretch your budget some, there have been some outstanding deals posted in the for sale section in the last few days IMHO.

I think that car looks really good...I mean, for $20k..you really can't go wrong. Salvage title or not.

As long as it drives straight of course.
