You want 84251-SL0-A01, with whatever color code corresponds to Ivory. 84251-SL0-A01ZA is black; 84251-SL0-A01ZE is tan. 84251-SL0-A01ZD for Ivory? Dealers still have the Black & the Tan, but it looks like Ivory may be NLA. See item 8 here:
FWIW, the driver's side (LHD) in my '95 broke the same way; if I remember it correctly, it's riveted into weak plastic that also gets more brittle over time. If you have a look from the underside, it may be fairly easy to epoxy it back together like mine was. After mine was re-epoxied properly, it was ++ stronger than the original OEM part, and the repair is completely hidden.
Removing it intact it can be tricky. The plastic tab on the fuel release lever seems like it should have a clip to release it, but it just needs to be pulled a bit harder than you'd expect for a Honda. The Sill Cover then lifts off, but it's tricky do do without bending it and breaking the plastic cover off the pleather part. This thread, and the service manual page in it, may help.
Alright, I'll answer my own thread - I just needed to pull (a lot) harder. It seemed like the sort of part that would have a tab or similar to push to release.
To remove the Trim surrounding the Hood Release lever ("side sill trim"):
The side sill trim runs from the side sill pad (fuel lid release trim) to the hood release lever trim and is riveted to the hood release lever trim so they have to come out as one piece.
