Hi all, Yesterday I finally got the registration and insurance paperwork done for my NSX and naturally took it out for a spin. Everything I've read on these forums is 100% accurate from people giving the thumbs to almost rear ending the next because they can't take teir eyes off the car. Unfortunately there are some people out their that have no respect for other people. This beat up Ford Aerostar deliberately annoyed for at least 10 minutes speeding up slowing down cutting in front and so on. I finally stomped the gas passed an amber light and managed to lose the guy. I guess theirs no way to avoid things like that. Anyways other than that this car is the most amazing machine to drive. I can't wait to take it out again.(It's raining today).
One thing I noticed is that when your driving their is a constant ticking noise coming from the engine. When you go to shift gears and press the clutch it's gone but when you shift and let go of the clutch it's their again. Any ideas it sounds like the fan but I highly doubt it that.

Hey Johnny,

Are you close to toronto? Maybe you can convince my dad to get a NSX instead of a vette

Congrats on the car!

I'll bite - how loud is the ticking noise? If it's a light rattle / tick, it might be the valves. An adjustment at your local NSX tech should be able to fix that.
