It was a beautiful evening in the Edmonton region and for once both my wife and I weren't working so we decided to take a drive in the NSX after dinner. Now this is what I call desert! :tongue: I have been working a lot lately so the car has been parked for several weeks. :frown: Windows down and radio off so we could enjoy the sweet sounds of that highly tuned engine ... boy I love this car!
Before heading home we decided to visit the local Porsche dealer to check out their inventory. My wife likes the boxster so I was interested in seeing what they had in stock. I parked the NSX in the lot so I could keep an eye on it while we browsed. We weren't the only ones with the same idea as half a dozen or so folks were looking as well.
Needless to say the NSX got a fair amount of attention. Infact, one fellow drove into the lot asking if the NSX was for sale. I told him no and we talked briefly. He seemed to be knowlegable about the car so I told him to check out NSX Prime if he needs a NSX fix. :wink:
I like Porsches a lot (especially the older air cooled models) but won't sell the NSX to get one. The NSX is so rare compared to Porsches. There were more Porsches in that lot than there are NSXs in the Edmonton region.
A quick stop at DQ for some ice cream and home. All in all a wonderful evening!
