So, I will be coming down to Wekfest SF this February and hope to meet some of the NSX Prime legends! Who else is going?

When: Sunday February 19, 2012

Time: 1PM-6PM

Where: Fort Mason Center, San Francisco, CA

I've been attending this show with the NSXprime guys for the past few years and prior to that competed with my 05 rio s2000.

Not sure if I'm attending this year but will bring my newly built s2000 if I do go.

Nice show for sure but it's not as great after they moved it to Fort Mason.

Welcome to the bay area Synth....be sure to bring a jacket as it's definitely not going to be warm for sure. Last year was COLD!
 
I just stopped by WekSos a few days ago, and talked to them about the show. They said we can start registering on Christmas Day on their website.

I'm planning on attending, but will not be bringing either NSX.

Haha. I guess we can be our own little group and ask to be parked nearby the NSXs.

oh, darn, I was really looking forward to seeing your car in person! it's still one of my favorite NSX's on the board :biggrin:

that would be great if you drove your NSX out for Wekfest 2012, then we can do a photo shoot together with several NSX's from the Bay Area :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin: DO IT!!!

February is the worst snow month - your car would be a true snow shovel car!

Hey, where you planning on staying? I always wondered how my NSX would look from your camera lense....:biggrin: since it's very unlikely I would bring my NSX back home to Naperville anytime soon you being out here is probably the next best thing!

Yeah, let's make it happen.. I think I have a few cars already lined up. We can do a few cool group pics. BTW, still trying to get my buddy from SF to shoot your car next time he is in town. He just got really busy last time and wasn't able to connect before he returned to grad school in Chicago.

Yea he was super busy it seemed - we tried to touch base but I think we were both still a ways apart :(

I have a place only 10 min. from SJC airport but these days I stay up in Fremont which is like 20 min. away. I'll PM you and we can figure out logistics - still owe u for helping me check out that IS-F last time!

I'll be bringing my newly aquired isf if I can get it into the show. Was gonna show with blurry hopefully Mach III will show us some love and have a couple spots for us

How do you like the IS-F? what color?

I just sold my IS-F recently and looking for a bigger performance sedan but not many choices out there right now sadly :(

The new M5 / X5M fits my requirements but out of my budget...right now the E63 AMG or a Cayenne GTS are my top choices :biggrin:

Hi Rick your car was one of my main decision factors when I made my purchase I watched your build on clublexus and I want the same rims you had infact. Advan rs-d's my car is sgm. It's a comfortable car decent mpgs and fun to drive
I feel I Made the right decision for now. Wait a few years for a GSf. ;) haha

GS-F is nice but it's $100k (new M5 money...ouch!)
