Weird paint job...

Is the reason no one has bought this NSX the god awful paint job? Is there something else about it that would red flag it? It's been on eBay for a WHILE now...

Yeah the paint job is keeping anyone from buying that thing, for the price they're asking you can find clean examples all day. That looks like a $35-40k car to me, not a $50k car.

I have watched this car come and go since I joined the NSX community in 2007. Not sure I believe that it only had 2 owners... Obviously the horrible paint job is the major barrier. My painter just quoted $15k-25k for a full color change. I wouldn't pay more than $30k for this NSX, as I would have to spend 10-15k for a repaint and probably another 5 to 10k to fix all of the stuff that I'm sure has been neglected on it. It's just me, but I'd also have that frame checked...
