I am looking to do my website myself. I have a website already, but I can't update it myself, every time I want to I have to pay! I know computers fairly well, but I have never worked with website software. A guy I know suggests Microsoft Frontpage, but it hasn't had an update since 2003?!?
I am more of a "Try it first" guy, than a "Read the directions" guy.

Suggestions?

I've been using dreamweaver forever.

Google how to convert tables into frames. It makes it sooooo simple.
Just convert back to tables before you upload the changes.

Perhaps Dreamweaver has changed since I last looked at it, but the learning curve was pretty steep compared to Frontpage back then. I don't think FP is all that great for making professional pages, but it's the best I've seen for someone who has no clue about HTML or webpage design. It's pretty much drag n drop.

I use dreamweaver myself. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the Lynda training courses are very helpful, and don't take too long to go through. It's what i have been doing.
