FR vs RR marking is there to make sure that the cover is placed on the right cylinder bank. It's best if BOTH front and rear banks have the gasket in place. You can order the gasket from the dealer if needed. It is inexpensive.That being said, we have a new coil cover coming out with gaskets on the top and bottom.take care,-- Chris
