I'm not getting any washer fluid thru the system. I have determined that the pump is working. I was going to pull the hose off the bottom and squirt some water thru with a little more pressure to see if it is clogged but it seems to be pretty snug on the nipple.
The service manual says to remove the plug from the motor and the front cover for service on it. That can't be true. :(
Are there any other ways of getting to that little jewel or flushing the system out??

suugest doing either 1 or 2.
1.. pull the hose off and use a compressor to force air thru the sytem. watch the psi though.
2... I used a pin or sewing needle and gently extract all the road dirt, grimes and polish etc.
good luck

Here's whatcha do:

1. Use a needle or straight pin to GENTLY unplug your nozzles.
2. If you're brave you can use regular vinegar to dissolve any built-up calcium by using an old toothbrush on the nozzles.
3. If you think you need more cleanliness, use a diluted solution of half vinegar and half water in the reservoir itself. Let that sit for a little while in there and wash it through the nozzles just by using them.
4. If you're using vinegar where it will get on the paint, I recommend placing soaking wet rags around where the vinegar is likely to come in contact with your paint. Minimize where you can it's acidic effects.

Someone else mentioned using a scribe to make it a little easier to pull the hose from the bottom of the nozzle???

This thread suggests pulling the nozzle from the top to clean it:
