warped jp urethane bumper

I have an out of shape jp urethane lip. I tried heating the lip a bit hoping it'll bounce back to shape, but it didn't work. What else should I try before I donate it to landfill?

Have you tried to leave it out in direct sunlight for about a day to get it flexible? I would bolt it on (and tape the ends to the body if you have gaps) after it's been sitting in the sun so that it can cool down to the shape of the bumper. Worth a try if you have the time and patience.
