Hey there
The VTEC valve rearly brakes.... if you have some vtec problems, do a test on it first. Put a 12 volt current on the green plug that comes out from the Vtec valve. If you hear a clicking noise than the valve is working well.
If your getting Vtec cut off, replace your fuel filter if it has not been done in a while and check your wiring.
