Volk Racing GT-P rims question

I remember seeing pics of a red nsx member here that has these rims on his car. Now my question is:
What size do I need for the front and rear minimum? I want 17 for the front and 18s for the rear. would this work?
17 x 8 (or 7.5) front?
18 x 8-9 rear?
How much are we talking about for the rims. thanks so much guys!

All those sizes that you mentioned will fit on the NSX, what is more important is the offset of the rim.

Expect to pay around 2k for a nice set of japanese 3 piece wheels.

I believe you are talking about my car. I have 17x8 +41 offset and 18x10 +43 offset. I don't remember the exact price but I got them for around $2700-$2800 with tires.

Since the GTP is a 3 piece rim, you can order custom offsets. You should probably find a good professional shop who sells volks and have them take some measurements to get the exact fit you want.

I got mine from the same place that Option 2 got his, www.wheeloptions.com We have the exact same set-up 17x8 +41, 18x10 +43. I believe that the guy there, Vic, stocks only this combo specifically for the NSX, he outfits alot of them. These sizes fit perfectly, so if you just want a "prefitted" plug & play set up, I suggest you go w/ this. Paid 2,060 shipped, not including tires.

also check out northeast auto design, i think it's forperformance.com they're closer to you(maine). they'll beat any volk price you find. talk to mike. i bought the gt-n's from them a couple months ago for about $1850 shipped. they had acces to a couple of sets of the gt-p's at the time for the same price. hope this helps. the size and offsets options2 and qwksilver mention work perfect ,no rubbing at all. and you'll love the wide lip in the rear!!! front: 17x8 +41; rear: 18x10 +43 peace

Or 17" all the way around and use the 2002 Bridgestone RE040 tires.

thanks you so much for the info guys. I am sticking with the 17 front and 18 rear. I want the lip on my car. I never had a car that had that hehehee. I used to have 18s all areound in my previous car but I don't think the nsx requires that. 17 in the front is easier for turning. hehehe Thanks again guys and I'll keep you posted.
