Couple of weekends ago we surprised my bestman for his birthday in Monterey and I thought it was the perfect time to visit Laguna Seca. I've never been there and even though there were no races going on, I still enjoyed just driving around the outskirts of the track. I also finally saw the corkscrew, just

Anyway took some couple of pics..

Nim, nice pics. Keep it that color! I like it.. and I'm not a fan of Red. It's like a red/orange weird color that changes with the sunlight! Looks pretty sweet to me.

Love the pic with the NSX looking over the corkscrew!

Good pix, taken from that EF-S Lens you bought a while back? The bokeh is nice...

Oh snap I forgot about this thread. haha.

Thank you guys for the props.. I hope this is the last picture of the car in red and in stock form. :D

Yeah I used the handy-dandy EF-S that you recommended. I also bought the nifty-fifty for close-ups and I love that thing. What can I say, I'm just a sucker for nice portrait with very blurry backgrounds or should I say Bokeh.. hehe.. Bokeh it sounds like another japanese term but I won't say it since we're in a PG13 forum..

Saw your trailers man. Its so awesome. You've been using the XDCAM? I saw one and man that thing is heavy but it looks so good. You filming in 24p? Your video looks very indie/cinematic and good editing to back-it up too. awesome job and I can't wait for the finish product.

I've used my V1U for couple of events now but I've been filming in SD still because I don't have the right computer yet. I

Nice, gotta get myself a 50mm lens . We used to use nothing but that during film class, can't believe I still haven't bought one...

About the NSX vid, thank you. Yup, everything was shot with the EX1 in 1080 HD and 24p. My hard drive is constantly filled to the max during editing/converting raw footage

How's your car event shoots turning out?
