Virus help

Help!
I have a nuisance virus that is trying to corrupt my browser - it keeps trying to reset the home page to a c\searchpage....

My adwatch keeps tryingto keep it in check but it keeps trying - I cannot find the source by Spyware Blaster, Spybot or Adaware, as well as Norton Anti-virus with latest definitions

Any ideas on how to kill this?????

I hate those lame pop up also. I installed spybot but still have like 20 pop up.

It's hard to kill a virus while it's running. See if you can turn it off in the start menu first (worth a try!)

Start>run> type msconfig> click start tab then uncheck the virus

It helps if you know what the name of the exe file is.
