didn't realize it was Mid Night club, if so, that's how they roll! most of them got disbanded due to a bunch of Bosozoku deaths

i frequent supraforums quit often and they have a lot of army guys over there and they would visit the tokyo highways and the reason why they never get thrown in jail is because the speed cameras needs to have all 3 things at the same time to convict the offender. they need a clear shot of the driver's face, the front and rear plates. what they do is they have these plates in the front that tilts back from the winds during highspeeds and they would know where all the speed cameras are.
