Vibration at low RPM

I test drove 94 with 68k miles today. Overall appeared to be in good condition. I did notice however that while the car was at idle and as I increased RPM to around 1200-2000 RPM the engine had a vibration. Idle was stable, no bounding around, it was just kind of roughness that you could feel through the gas pedal and holding the wheel.

Any ideas? The car seemed to run out nice when moving.

This is my first test drive on my hunt so I'm not sure if this is normal. I really expected the engine to be silky smooth.

Thanks.

Dito, seems to be normal, but at 2000 rpm it should stop vibrating.

Vibration is normal due to inherent design of 90 degree V6. You feel the vibration at around 1500 rpms and then at twice the frequency (3000 rpms), you will also feel vibration again, but much less.
