My wife and I have started planning an NSX vacation next august. We would like to join other NSX-owners at Verbiers, if possible. A stop at Spa is also in the plans.
Are these two events held at around the same dates every year?
(End of august and not the same weekend)

Hello midnight,

I'not far from Verbier ... Chrisinfo too... I'll be happy to meet you ... say me a date when you come !

Maybe i can organise a second Verbier meeting ? or anywhere in Swiss ??

Hey David, Giuseppe, others ?? what you think ?? :D New record.. 20 NSX :) ??

Chalet Adrien saison 2 ?? :)

Cheers

Alex

Thanks for letting us join. It is a long, long ride so we have to plan i advance. Might try to get transport for the car the first 1500 km (to Oslo). Then there is another 1400 km to CH.
This year Verbiers and Spa were at following weekends, I hope it will be the same in 2004.
If you announce Verbiers as the "official NSX meeting of Europe", I am sure there will be a lot more than 20 cars.
Will keep the dialogue during the winter.

We can also organise a meeting in middle Switzerland, in Micha / David region ... no ? ... you can save some km ...

But Verbier is a nice place too...

Like you want ... but we can organise a bigger Europe meeting :)

Cool :D

THANKS NSXPRIME FOR THIS FORUM !! :)

I don't know the exact location for Verbiers, just thought we could join if there will be a meeting in late august.
Picked up my car in CH last year, but it was only half an hour driving to the German border.
If someone is going to the north, the norwegian Club Honda is planning their annual Arctic Circle Raceway-meeting in mid August. Location is just a few miles south of the arctic circle.

Hi

If only august was in july next year :(

Well nothing is set for me and my vacation. But I post my plan as it has evolved until now:

10.07 Start drive from Narvik->Oslo
15.07 Start from Oslo->Chemnitz (Sachsenring) Germany
18.07 From Sachsenring->??
19.07 ????
20.07 ????
21.07 Arrival in Adenau (Nurburgring)(?)
22.07 Nurburgring (?)
23.07 Going to Hockenheim (F1)
25.07 Going home via Sweden
26.07 Lubeck->Gevle(Sweden)
27.07 Gevle->Narvik
28.08 Sleep
29.09 Sleep
30.07 Going to Artic Circle Raceway to watch STCC
02.08 Back at work :( :( :(

As you can see I have not yet found something for 18.07 until 21.07. So it will suite me just fine if we could have a meeting in Switzerland during these days :) :)

The driving on the Nurburgring is not that critical. I have been there before and I have done my share of driving there I think. Crazy place.

Jon don't you think it would be too expencive to "ship" the car to Oslo? It will cost about 1900,-NOK then planetickets for the both of you to Oslo. I will drive either throug Sweden or through Norway both down and up again.

If I am lucky I could get together with some NSX owners somewhere in Europe during the vacation..who knows. Keep me posted about dates for the Verbier and Spa.

Okey I see that Spa is already set. Verbier is usually at a weekend and I am all out of weekends :( and also the wrong month..well keep me posted anyway :)

Regards

Hi

I use Viamichelin to plan.

It is great. Gives you distance and everything. It now also shows a map on where to go. Great when you are not sure where places are. I did not know that Verbier was that far from Zurich.

Hi

Maybe Enzo is using that old ancient "Gheba mind trick" that you pulled on us not long ago :) :)
