I'd only use Carfax and get the vehicle you are interested in inspected.
My mate was burnt trusting a Autocheck report and the dealers word on condition of his car. Guess what - Carfax showed an accident in 2007 where as Autocheck didn't.
Its all about resources and database size and Carfax is still the leader.
None of the sources for vehicle history are a failsafe. You just have to be educated and have a detailed PPI prior to purchase. I detailed PPI holds a lot more credibility than a Carfax.
