VA insurance help

Hey guys, I just changed my insurance to my new address in VA and low and behold, my rate almost tripled! I'm using Traveler's but I think I'll have to find someone cheaper. Any suggestion would be appreciated... They told me something about VA having rating system based of power:weight ratio which is not utilized in IL which accounts for the ridiculous increase.....

that was the plan....until i heard the insurance rate! yep I'm permanent here. Stood at the damn VA DMV for 3 hours to get my license. I hate VA already.

I hope you got a vanity plates, cheap by any state's standards. BTW, when are we gonna play 18?
