Earlier on March 10, Nikkei English News reported the 30 billion yen ($252 million) plant will produce Honda's fuel-efficient VTEC engines and V-10 motors for sports cars as soon as 2008. The Tokyo-based company's new facility will make about 200,000 engines a year, the news service said."
