Hello,

Anyone here operate a used car dealership? How's business? I'm in california and been thinking for a while on how to open this. Any help would be great.

I want to start up with a very small inventory so that I can get the hang out it.

I think the cliff notes would be:
1: dealers license/insurance
2: attend/e-bid on lease return/traded in car auctions
3: internet car advertising(autotrader, craigslist, ebay, etc)
4: profit
5: rent a piece of industrial property
6: more profit
