Use a stick!

I saw the Gruppe M mesh engine cover and it does not have a hole for the prop rod:



So I sent an email to Gruppe M and asked how do I keep the cover up and here's the reply:

Hello,

Please prepare a stick of an appropriate length and use it as a support.

Carbon fiber adds 2hp...but only while it's propping up your engine cover.

Love it! I just cut a hole in mine and shaped it with a dremel to fit the NSX-R prop rod.
