They have been trying to auction this off for some time. Saw this up on the Ferrari boards at least a couple of months ago.

it was probably "seized for nonpayment of Internal Revenue Taxes due from the Taxpayer" because the owner couldn't the fine for not having front/rear rego-plates!

Personal opinion: The F40 looks heavy.

I wonder if this is the car purchased by the state worker that was probating wills and making himself the beneficiary. This guy had quite a few Ferraris. I posted a topic about this around a year ago. Maybe the forums nazi can help me out here.
