URGENT!, HELP ON CLUTCH.

Hi all,

Yesterday a fellow NSX owner had a new DaliRacing race clutch installed.
Finishing late last night, it turns out there are problems with the install.

Since on Tuesday there will be the next throphy event in France, he will need to get this problem sorted out urgently.

Problem:
- Clutch disengagement point is very low, and doesn't engage al the way, it needs three hands and a foot to get it in gear.
- If the clutch is fully released, it still slips, i.e. is not 100% engaged.

It sounds like the middle plade was not iniciated. You will need 8mm bolt and from the bottom you can turn the flywheel and screw it in it 3 places. One at a time.

Did you check out the NSX manual? Removing and Installing Clutch section.

Let us know what was the problem

Had a quick word with him, but apperently they did this.

Could it be that the outer clutch-plate is the wrong way around?

FYI,

Clutch-plate 2 wrong way around.

They changed it the right way around in 6 hours.
