Upshift without clutch

If you shift at the exact moment the RPM's match, there is no damage, actualy, i think there is less wear then when you use the clutch, but i don't think you can do that (match 100%).

Anyway, the syncro's cannot sync the gears, because they are driven on one side by the wheels, and the other side by the engine, you will put excessive wear on the synchro's.
 
I'm with Mich:

Bad, Bad, Bad. If you do it a while, then take a look at your trans oil and it is all nice and brass speckled it will be obvious :).

The trans syncros are not made to be used without the clutch. If you want that you have to get a heyland race box with dogs:).
