I just don't get how someone could be given a $450K home and use it as collateral for a business. Its $450k sitting there "free" and its your home!!!I know the idea can sometimes work but if you don't have the money then why are you doing it. People just don't save anymore or never have if you think about it.If I were given a home such as this palatial one I'd be happy stuffing groceries into a Walmart bag or even working at some bicycle shop etc.Sad story this is....
