If I won $10 million in the lottery, I'd spend $3 million on a couple properties nothing too crazy, one with a private race track, a handful of cars and motorcycles, then have an investment specialist handle the other $7 million in a safe manner to where the returns would cover all costs for the rest of my life.

Would that be possible?

As for the American dream. They already had the American Dream by getting the $450k and $250k in other monies when they used to live in a shit hole. What they did was get greedy and it bit them in the ass. When you have nothing and am granted a HUGE gift like they did to forever change their lives and their family's life, you make damn sure you don't go back to living in a shitter.

I was never rich nor born into wealth of any sort. I remember as a kid waiting with my mom at the church parking lot waiting to get our gubment block of cheese, and cans of veggies and big cans of meat that showed a picture of a pig or cow on a plain white label. We never squandered anything away whenever we got anything to this day. This was over 23 years ago. The only person who wastes cash would be me, who bought the nsx and motorcycles and bikes, etc.
