You might try an e-mail to TüV Nord in Kiel and ask for documentation.I had to "buy" papers for my NSX from them, and paid appx. 85 euros.I do not know why US shops can't send exhaus parts to Europe, but have you tried Science of Speed or Dali Racing, usually very helpful guys for the NSXers.And of course try an "ad" in Parts wanted on the Prime....
