turn signal problem

OK, I just spent all this time figuring out what went wrong with the No.38 fuse being blown. One of the stereo wires was loose, pulled the harness and viola the fuse stop blowing. Now, I can't figure what the heck is going on with my turn signals.

Symptoms:

Fast blinker displayed

Front L&R blinkers flash fast

In the turn signal housing the small bulb turns on when I hit the light but no turn signals.

Tail Lights work fine as well as license plate lights

No rear side marker lights on.

No tail light signal lights come on.

All the fuses are good.

All the light bulbs are good as well.

I am thinking its the hazard flash relay but any input would be greatly appreciated.

The problems with the signal lights are occuring after you fixed the stero wire harness and re-attached whatever plug it is you orignally pulled?

I all the bulbs/fuses are good, the hazard/turn signal relay would be my next guess as well. It's under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. Slightly different locations depending on the year of your car.
