Well no one responded... so I'll take a crack at it..

for the valve cover gasket and spark plug o rings it wouldn't hurt to change it.  Especially since it's easy as heck... As far as the cam plugs, I haven't changed mine yet (probably should at this point... 92k)... but maybe you don't have to... just a lot more work really..

would acura help... honestly.. imo.. no... mainly b/c you are the 2nd owner of the car and from the sound of it, you haven't built much of a reputation w/ your local acura..

however, if you've got the skills to do a timing belt, then the labor part is all you... if you do searches there are many places throughout the country that will give you good discounts for being an nsxca member, etc.
