ok what i'm trying to do is
take off the plastic piece that snaps on to the rear b pillar cover..

it is that dark grey little piece where the slit is (where the seat belt comes out)

if you have ever installed a harness bar im sure you know what im talking about

the only option I see to get them off is
break them off, but I prefer not to do that

thanks
i will try to get a digram or some pics later..

Using a very long (+18") very large+wide screwdriver and a powerful flashlight helps. You can wedge it against the clips and pry them from their mounting points....

no i mean take the plastic clips off without breaking them..
so i can put them on mine..

I do not understand the problem? They just snap off. I actually purchased new ones when installing my harness bar, and boxed the originals. Pull the weather strip off, and get your fingers in there:). I remove the seat and take the seatbelt off the seat bolt, then thread the seat belt through the hole. Does that help??

EDIT: After some thought there is one screw holding the lower part on. You need to loosen the lower panel, so you can remove that screw. Page 20-37 in the service manual.

ok once the seat belt slit clip snaps off..

if you look at 20-39, there is the lower anchor bolt, is that the screw your talking about?
once that bolt comes out, the seat belt is able to thread through the clip?

ok my situation is
im trying to take a seatbelt slit clip off another NSX and install it onto mine.. since mine are off the car and broken off..

OK,

So you want to replace the oval finshing plate around the seat belt hole in the B Pillar inner liner. There are 2 anchor "bolts" , upper and lower. Upper is in the B pillar, Lower is on gthe seat. You need to get the belt off the seat, but.... if I understand the piece you want to remove you will need to disassemble the lower bracket and get the belt free of the bracket. I am not really sure if that is an option, never loked that closely to the lower belt bracket.

I will caution though, since this is safety related make sure you work on it carefully.
