Trying to order a Zanardi shift knob...anyone have the part number?

Hi everyone.
My local Acura dealership claims that they cannot order the Zanardi shift knob. (They did offer me the RSX aluminum shift knobs, though). Does anyone know where I can get the part number for this? I was hoping to just get the knob without the boot.
(I checked FAQ, and did not find it there.)

Thanks muchly. I'll try some of the online dealers and see if they can get the knob for me.
Now about the GruppeM shift knob: does it require any creative tinkering to get the boot to fit? From doing a search, it looks like the boot needs to be fit to the knob with a home-made modification. I was hoping to have a similar to OEM product that would just snap on to the shift boot.
I was thinking about the R-type titanium shift knobs, as they are reported to be NSX compatible. I did not know if this included the boot.
