Seems the switch located on driver's door that operates the rear trunk is not operating. What should I look for to troubleshoot/repair? I have not done anything to the car so as to cause this - could it be a fuse? thanks.

well... my door trunk switch stop working....it's not the glove box switch...is there a fuse for it??? (i've searched all fuse box's for one)....

so...anyone can help?
First check the switch with a VOM to determine if the switch is good. If the switch is good then check that it is receiving voltage/ground at the switch. If it is then it could be the actuator at the trunk.

I haven't checked this switch before but they (switches) can switch voltage or ground depending on the application.

Thanks a bunch guys...will test the switch and the solenoid...if everything is ok...will test main switch...hope that is one of the three...and not a broken wire somewhere
