Trunk release inop???

Ok,
So one day my electronic trunk remote release, (Button on driver door) quit working.
I checked the fuses and can't find one specifically labled for the trunk release.
What gives?

Any ideas?

I had the same problem... turned out I accidentally hit the switch thats located in the glove box that disables the trunk release button on the door.

There was a service ticket in the records for my car when I bought it for "trunk release inoperative". The fix, of course, was to flip the valet switch in the glove box back to the on position. Charge: $75.00 + $3.80 in shop supplies

Yes, it was the pesky trick switch in the glove box.
