So the other day I see my battery in the NSX is completely dead. I charged it back up but wondered why it drained down so far. I started the car and noticed my trunk light icon was on. I check and the trunk was closed. So I took a video camera and stuck it in the trunk. Sure enough, my trunk light is not going off even though the trunk is fully closed. I opend and closed it many times to make sure the latch was not sticky, but the light still does not go out. My question is where should I start trouble shooting? Is it just the trunk latch? Is there a light control module somewhere that might be failing? For now I just poped the bulb out of the trunk light so it wont drain my battery again.
