So Karl set about taking my old spare exhaust and new Flowmaster 80 series part# 42582 muffler and went home to build a jig so that he could do my exhaust without my car.
He opted to use 2.5" tube.
He left the tips for later and also in case there was some alignment work he had to do. Couple days later I get the call to come get it. So last nite we threw it in together with a couple of floor jacks and I haven't stopped smiling since.

April 30/2007 - tips decided on FlowMaster 35136 4" single wall.
