Transmission with OS Giken LSD - Oil change interval?

I'm trying to find out what the typical transmission oil change interval is for cars with the OS Giken super lock LSD fitted.

Also what is the recommended oil for this setup? I've read that Motul Gear FF Competition 75w140 works well.

I think the first change after installation is like 500-1000miles. From there it depends on frequency of track useage and how frequent you want to change the fluid.

The Motul Gear FF is great stuff. I use it on my track S2000 with 4.44 final drive and ATS carbon 2-way LSD. If I'm not tracking my car I usually change it every 10 000 KM. But if I track the car I change it every 5000km or less.

The ATS carbon LSD might have different affects from fluid than the OSG. 5,000km might be a bit excessive.
